This is what one of the newer paperbacks of FLLV looks like, from Vintage:

To commemorate FLLV's 25th anniversary, a new hardcover edition was made for The Modern Library from Random House:

This heavyweight version was alternatively titled Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas and Other American Stories. It contains extensive jacket copy for the original edition, "Strange Rumblings in Aztlan," and "The Kentucky Derby Is Decadent and Depraved." (all reprinted in The Great Shark Hunt).
