This is one of those things on ebay that you just don't pass up! It is a promotional tee shirt for Fast Company, a magazine. I would say it's at least 5 years old, and it has been worn a bit. I couldn't find a satisfactory way of scanning it, but the Steadman scrawl reads:

Faster! Faster! Until the thrill of speed overcomes the fear of death!
